

Nothing appears to be loose or wrong with the harness (at least that I can see, I've had it off many times). An internal wiring harness and case connector assembly links the internal components with the Transmission Control Module. I've tried diaelectric grease, cleaning/inspecting the terminals and harness but nothing seems to keep the problem away.

So my question is, I'm about 99% sure the problem has to do with the area of that TCM harness but not really sure how to permanently fix it. I experimented with removing the tapshifter harness (problem was still there without the tapshifter harness), and "wiggling" the top connector of the TCM and this would temporarily fix the issue.
